The Novitec Carbon Fibre Air Intake System for McLaren 540C is engineered to improve airflow efficiency, intake acoustics, and engine response while reducing overall system weight.

Designed using advanced flow analysis, the intake optimises air path geometry to reduce restriction and turbulence, allowing cooler, denser air to reach the engine. This results in improved throttle response and a more pronounced induction sound under load.

Manufactured from pre-preg carbon fibre, the system combines high strength with minimal weight and excellent heat resistance. Precision moulding ensures OEM-level fitment, while the carbon construction enhances both performance and engine bay aesthetics.
