Thank you for shopping with Rennworks Performance. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Returns Policy explains your rights to return, exchange, or cancel orders made through rennworks-performance.co.uk and rennworks-performance.com
1. Your Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the legal right to cancel your online purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, for any reason.
To cancel, please email shop@rennworks.co.uk with your order number and a short explanation.
Once you’ve notified us, you must return the item(s) within 14 days of cancellation.
2. Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must be:
● Unused and in original, undamaged packaging
● In resellable condition (free from oil, dirt, or installation marks)
● Accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase
If returned items do not meet these conditions, we may reduce the refund amount to reflect any loss in value.
3. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
● Electrical components (if unsealed or installed)
● Special-order or custom-made parts
● Clearance or “final sale” items
● Products damaged due to improper installation or misuse
4. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will offer:
● A replacement,
● A repair, or
● A full refund,
in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
In such cases, we will cover the cost of return postage.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
Please note that shipping costs (except for faulty or incorrect items) are non-refundable.
6. Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong part, please contact us to arrange an exchange. You may need to pay any difference in price and return shipping costs.
7. How to Return an Item
- Email shop@rennworks.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll provide the return address and instructions.
- Package your item securely and post it using a tracked delivery service.
- Keep proof of postage until your return is confirmed.
