All motor parts listed are new unless otherwise stated.

4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are shown in British Pounds (£ GBP) and include VAT (where applicable).

Accepted payment methods include Shopify Payments, Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, and other listed options at checkout.
Payment is taken in full at the time of order confirmation.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom (and, if applicable, to selected international locations).
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on weight, delivery method, and destination.
Estimated delivery times are provided but not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email including your tracking number.
6. Returns, Cancellations and Refunds
You have a 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, during which you may cancel your order for any reason and receive a full refund.
To cancel or return an order:
- Email shop@rennworks.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
- Return the product in unused condition, in its original packaging, within 14 days of notifying us.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
Exclusions:
● Electrical items (if unsealed)
● Special-order or custom parts
● Items damaged due to incorrect installation or misuse
Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
If your item is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
7. Warranty
All products are new and may come with a manufacturer’s warranty (details vary by brand).
Our warranty does not cover:
