Lifeline Zero 360 Gas Mechanical Fire Extinguisher System
FIA-approved Lifeline Zero 360 mechanical fire extinguisher system using Novec 1230 clean agent gas. Designed for motorsport applications, delivering rapid fire suppression with minimal residue and maximum reliability.
Product Description
The Lifeline Zero 360 Gas Mechanical Fire Extinguisher System is a professional-grade fire suppression solution developed for motorsport vehicles where safety, reliability and weight are critical.
Utilising Novec 1230 clean agent gas, the Zero 360 system rapidly suppresses fires while leaving no corrosive residue, making it ideal for protecting sensitive vehicle electronics, wiring and engine components. Unlike powder systems, the gas-based extinguishing agent does not damage components or create post-incident clean-up issues.
The mechanical activation system provides dependable operation without requiring electrical power, ensuring the system remains functional even in the event of electrical failure. Activation can be triggered via internal and external pull cables, allowing both driver and track marshals to operate the system quickly in an emergency.
Designed specifically for motorsport use, the system includes multiple discharge nozzles to protect both the engine bay and driver compartment. Lightweight aluminium construction and compact packaging make installation straightforward across a wide range of competition vehicles.
The Zero 360 system is FIA approved, making it suitable for many forms of circuit racing, rallying and track competition where FIA safety regulations apply.
